Every Hush order includes a 60-day guarantee, beginning on the day your order is delivered. You may try the device and return it within that period if it is not right for you.

Return conditions

The device must be returned in good condition with all parts and accessories included. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Starting a return

Contact hello@hush.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide the return instructions and return address.
