We collect only what we need to sell and ship one product: your name, contact details, shipping address and order history.

Payments

Payments are processed by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Email

We send order and delivery updates. Marketing email is only sent if you opt in, and every message has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. With your consent we load the Meta advertising tag, which shares page views, product views, cart and checkout starts, plus device and cookie identifiers, with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Meta uses this to measure and optimise our ads. Order data from checkout is shared with Meta through our Shopify store for the same purposes.

Visitors in the UK, the EU/EEA, Switzerland and Brazil are asked before any advertising tag loads, and nothing is shared until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer; we keep a record of the notice you saw and the choice you made. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Email hello@hushself.com to access, correct or delete your data. Customers in the UK, Ireland and the EU have full GDPR rights; California residents have CCPA rights. We answer within 30 days.
